B1/B2 how to get annotations removed?

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am currently having US B1/B2 visa with annotation
"Joining husband on board Ship".As I wish to transfer
the same visa without any annotation, since the visa
is valid upto year 2010.Kindly let me know if that act
is possible.If yes, then what are the charges,
documents required for the same.
