how to prove family ties

My wife and I have applied for visitors visa with self sponsorship on tourism purpose.Our children one from student visa now on H1 working visa and other gone on student visa 3 mnths back.My elder brother is US citizen since last 20 yrs.
How can we show strong ties to our family in India.We have very big family in India on my side as well as my wife side but in different locations.
How can we prove with fotoes that they are our family.What are other ways to prove.
for example--voters id proof and pan id proof-but it will be difficult to collect from all.

Though being computer professional and graduate in Electonics engg since last 25 yrs,I never left india despite many opportunities--this is one reason I can tell but now since children are in US,how can I convince them.

Family usually means immediate relatives: children, parents, etc.

If both of your children are in the US, it would be hard to show family ties.

You need to center then, on financial ties: property, bank accounts, jobs, investments, etc.

Do they believe Indian Joint family culture if yes then we have strong ties with brothers / sisters and parents-cant we call them a family.
We will be showing financial point but at the same time we are a big family and also we did not leave India since last 25 years.
This reason is not enough ?

or please let us know what way we should convince them apart from finanical points.

You can get sworn affidavits from them. In my culture family is also important. We come from big families (I have 49 cousins and I know them all by name). But remember you will deal with North Americans at their embassy.

You can bring pictures of your big family and family meetings.
