Parents Visa granted, Brother denied. Need an advice please

First I would like to thank administrator for making such a great forum,
it's really helpful for me to prepare my family for interview.

I am on student visa and graduating in dec'07, I invite my parents and brother to attend my grad.

Questions asked:
-why are you going to usa?
-what is your son doing? (education)
-which University?
-How many children ? ( we are two brothers)

that's it vo saw my invitation letter from school, did something in computer and told my parents that he is granting them visa but LAW DOES NOT PERMIT TO GIVE VISA TO MY BROTHER.

Need some advice, is any one can explain me why this happened? is there any law for minors? for not getting visa. (My brother is 15 yr old)

should I reapply for my brother's visa again?

any comments or advice will be really appreciated.

Hi Armaan,
The reason why consular officer did not grant your brother's visa is may be just to ensure that your parents return to India as
-> with your brother here in India, the chances of your parents returning to India is much higher than with him travelling to US.

I do not think your brother have much chances of getting a visa if he again.
...but then you can try.
