Parents Visa Rejected.Applying for second time need advice

Hello

My parents applied for visitor's visa in June 2007 but unfortunately got rejected.Consulate officer didn't mention the reason for rejection.We figured it out it may be due to this situation - When I sent papers to my parents I was in X company.When parents attended i/w I had changed and joined Company Y.
Though I sent all required documents of new company along with new visa,Consulate officer didn't give chance to my parents to present the documents of new company. Now I'm going to apply for them for second time
what care should we take . And can anyone let me know that Is our assumption of reason for visa rejection is correct..Please advice

You can not assume what the denial reason was. MOST of the times it is simply because they failed to prove that they had enough strong ties to the home country and that they would not stay illegally in the US and become a burden.

What evidence did they provide as ties to their country?
