    Working visa from B2 to H1 or L1

    I am currently on a tourist visa B2 and I had following question related to work.

    1. Can I pursue a working visa and what are its chances ?

    2. While trying for a working visa ( H1 or L1) will my current visa B2 get invalidated ??

    3. If for any reason I DONT get working visa( H1 or L1) will my current Tourist visa( B2) stay ?
