    Visitor visa for 72-year old

    Friends,

    I am planning a visa for my mother who's 72 years old and do not know english. Can she get any help during the interview (may be from an accompany)? Please send in if anyone has any personal experience or know some info.

      Thank you. She has limited hearing capability. so, can she get any help at the time of interview?
