my mom's B2 visa was denied on 10/10, we want to apply 2nd interview. last interview, missing below documents (but VO didn't even look at):
1. letter to VO;
2. I-134 affidavit of support;
3. my income tax return;
if on the 2nd interview, my mom brings above documents, is that consider as new evidence? if not, what's the new evidence?
I have other questions too:
1. how long my mom stay is properly? 2 months?
2. strong ties: I went back to see my parents twice in 3.5 years, is that also consider close family tie? recent visit to home town is Apr 2007.
3. my husband is Us citizen, I have green card, who apply for my mom is better?
4. I must hand in 3 years' income tax return? can 1 year do?
5. after 1st visa rejection, when to apply 2nd interview is properly?
I appreciate if any one can help me on above questions.
