Visitor Visa B2 for my parents - Reg

Hi,
My H1B expires 01/01/2008. I have got the receipt notices for my I-485, I-765 and I-131. Can I apply for visitor visa for my parents at this stage. Is there any risk of the visa being ignored. Please advise.

There is no risk, you can apply.
