Question about taking an online appointment for parents + brother + sister ...

Do i need to go thru the complete online application 4 times (mom/dad/bro/sis) or I can schedule one appointment for all 4 at the same time ..

Hello friend,
Its good that all your family is planning to travel together. But I would advise to first apply for your parents then for your brother and sister. The opinion that you are planning to relocate your whole family to US might cause issues.
