Bringing parents to USA- Only child

I am planning to bring my parents to USA for a month visit next year. I am on an h1 visa for the last 8 years and my I-485 is under process. my wife is on H4 and she also has an I-485. We also have an 9 month old son.

My question is since i am the only child would it be hard for them to get the visa. If they get rejected once how soon can they apply again? Do they have to wait more than 6 months for thier next interview?

once rejected you can apply immediatley if the situation changes, but your case situation is not going to change. They have to prove that, they will go back to home country by showing their employment, assets, business etc by convincing way.

You being their only child, affects the outcome of their visa application. But even then, you are only an H1B visa holder. Not a permanent resident or citizen and you will not be able to petition for your parents for at least 5-6 years... so there is no risk of "legal" immigration for your parents.

However they still need to provide proof of ties to their home country and reasons to return home.
