Urgent Help.....Returned passport without visa stamp

Hi,

My mother attened visitor visa interview on Oct 17th and everything went ok during interview. VO told to my mom that she will receive passport within a week. We collected passport from Bluedart office today.

No visa stamp on passport and consulte has requested to drop off recent passport size photos, DS-156, DS-157, passport in drop-box. What does it mean?

Did anyone got this type of problem?

it means what it says. It appears that they either lost the pictures or the pictures did nit meet the specs. Take new pictures and drop off the copies of required docs and passport at vfs office she will get the visa.

It happens sometimes, dont worry . just do as it says

I filled DS-156 and signed on it on that time. I am in USA. So do I need to send original signed DS-156 again or scanned copy of signed form is ok?

Please let me know which ooption is better?

Thank you...I think I no need to fill new forms right....Just I need to take print out of the filled forms (PDF files generared by VFS site) that was submitted to consulate at that time of interview. Am I right?

I just called VFS. They told me that I need to fill new DS-156 form for my mom. Is it right?
