I-134 Previous Sponsorship

I had extended a letter of invitation to my parents & cousin and also gotten a bank letter from one of my relatives that they will sponsor their visit alongwith my bank statement.
However none of us sent an I-134.

In the column(9) in I-134 where it asks about previously sponsored people should I mention this?
