b2 visitor visa w/ return tickets

Good Morning

I am working in USA and wanted that my parents visit USA for couple of months. They already got their Visitors VISA. Wanted to ask that is it necessary to have return tickets on B2 Visitors VISA, if not can i call them here on a one way ticket from India and for going back we all (my parents, my wife and me) go together to INDIA.

Is this possible. Let me know so that I can plan accordingly
