I am from Slovenia and my boyfriend lives in Chicago. We lived together in Germany for 4 months and now we both came here because he is an us army guy and got a assigment here. i am here with him for 3 months on visitor visa.I need to know is there anything he or we can do that i can come back imediatly after the 3 months?can he be my sponsor if he provides for me?i dont think we want to get maried in three months..its to soon.

If you were given 3 months you must stay three months. You can file for an extension, but if the reason is to spend more time with your boyfriend it will probably be denied.

You hold a visitor visa right? is it for multiple uses or a single entry?

If it is multiple, you can come back after let's say 3 months and spend maybe another 3 months.

The point is though, you are a visitor... you are not supposed to be living in the USA and if you keep this pattern (coming every 3 months for 3 months) the officer at the POE will see through it and accuse you of abusing your visa and determine that you do not have enough strong ties to your country.

Him, as just your boyfriend can not do anything. Either you get engaged and he files for a K-1 visa for you or get married and file for your Green Card.
