My wife and I completed our divorce recently 4 months ago. However the relationship is still cordial. My ex-wife still stays with me for the time being in the U.S. To sponsor her Mother's visit to the U.S. (From Bombay) in the I-134 form do I need to specify my relationship with ther mother as "Ex_Mother-in-Law" or can I still denote her as "Mother-in-Law". Will this cause any legal problems

She is no longer your mother-in-law.
I don't there is any relation now. Mentioning any relation does not make sense.
In fact, mentioning something like "Ex Mother-in-law" would just hurt application.Immihelp Support
