visa help

My boyfriend is a us army guy and i am from Slovenija.we met in germany(he was based there) and lived together in germany for 4 months.now he was sent back to usa and i went with him.i am on the visa waiver program here for three months.Is there anything we can do(without getting maried) so we can stay together here?Can the army do anything?
