Hi I am a dual citizen one from Australia and on from Spain, my question is that if i have been convicted or found guilty of drink driving in Australia but have no crimminal convictions/records in Spain if I can still enter the US on my spanish passport with having to notify of any crimminal records from Australia since I am entering on a Spanish passport as a spanish citizen and if any background checks US customs/immigration may do will show up for any offences commited in Australia?

It does not work like that. If you have criminal records, you have them.

Ok but how will they know i have these records if I only apply through the Spanish passport? (at the same time i dont really understand your response to my question, what i need to know is if they will find out about such small things and possibly turn me back)
Also I read the I-94W form and looked at the definitions of it and it seems to me that drink driving is not a crime involving moral turpitude.
Pretty much I wanna vist my Girlfriend in the US I want to make sure that I wont get turned back for whatever reason thats why Im asking, Im also due to leave soon and doubt that I can get a visa issued in a short time.
