Name in passport

hi
my parents r going to visa inteview for B2 visa.In my passport my mothers
last name is KAZA but where as in her passport last name is KAJA,for interview i have to send my entire passport xerox,my fathers name has no problem its same as in my passport.At interview is there any problem?If yes what should we do regarding this problem ,please suggest me a solution

Her name is whatever is there in her own passport.
