I wondered if you could help me with a query.
I am a british citizen with a british passport. I have a 10 year multiple entry tourist visa in my passport (b1b2) valid for another 9 years. However my passport is due to expire in a few months so i have to get a new one. I will still have my old passport with the visa in it but will it still be valid for use?
Also, is there a minimum number of days you have to be out of the USA before you can reenter on the tourist visa.
Any help you can give is gratefully appreciated.
