I have been denied a visa for tourism, even though my Fiance is an US
citizen for 2 reasons, one reason because I did not had enough strong
tides to prove my return to my home town, and the other was because I
overstayed in the US illegal, therefore got banned for 10 years from
entering the USA.
Now soon I will become a European citizen and the officer said I could
apply for the waiver program. My question is, please once I marry my
fiance and have my European passport what happens, do I still have to wait this 10 years before entering the USA?
