Visitor visa for parents

Hi,

My current H1B is valid until May 2008. I have my EAD valid until Nov 2008 and I have AP also. I am not planning to apply for h1B extension ( since I have EAD).

Now I am planing to sponsor my mom to visit US for 6 months from March 2008 to Aug 2008 (she already visited once two years back).
My question is whether above documents are good enoguh or I need to apply for the H1B extention covering the period of the stay of my parents.
