    pls help/need advise

    Hello
    i am in a problem pls help me.
    I am a doctor and applied for elective rotation in US hospital.I got my visa whic is 6 months multiple entry bearing annotation that i will be doing that rotation from 1st jan to 31st jan.Now I am getting it difficult to get a leave from my hospital till march due to staff shortage.And the US hospital cant reschedule my rotation before july(MY VISA EXPIRES IN APRIL).what should i do in this case.should i apply for another us visa.or what.will doing this hae a negative effect on my next application or not.

    you will have to reapply for a new visa. There will not be a negative impact, just explain the situation.
