can we change DS-156 after submitting to VFS?

I submitted application pack to vfs today but later I found I made a mistake about my occupation so I want to know how can we change it after already submitting to VFS?

Thanks for your time but that link doesn't answer my question where I asked what if I realize my mistake in ds-156 form after submitting to vfs these are the quesiton on 20 and 21.

You didn't read properly.

Read the section named 'Modification of Submitted Forms' in that web page.

it won't affect the visa approval?

I read on the link about 'submitted forms' but still am confused...I submitted form to VFS by putting my business name by ball point pen and sign there in 21st question...and now when I changed it online...its different than the one I am submitted...will not it affect the visa approval?
