Hell,
I recently sponsered visitor visa to one of my childhood friends to help him visit US. He got ten years multiple visa. Later I came to know that this person has produced ****/bogus financial documents/employment letters. His intention was actually to find a job here in US with help from his other friends. I also found that He was invloved in financial frauds, cheating cases in his businesses in India. There are some police cases pending on him in India. Will that affect me after he is in USA? I don't want to take any responsibility for him while he is in USA. I am telling him not to come US but he is not listening. Can I send a request to Chennai Consulate to revoke his Visa? Will that affect my future sponserships?I want to sponser for my Mother and In-Laws in future.
Please advice me. I am in big tension and dilemma. I really appreciate your help.
