Hi,
I have few below questions; I would appreciate if you could answer them
1. I am currently in US on L1 and my husband is on H1. I am carrying now and want my mother to be here during delivery time. In the visa interview, will it impact if my mother says the purpose is for my delivery? or it is better to mention always for tourism ?
2. My father has eye problem, he can hardly see. So, are there any visitor visa rejection chances because of this reason? Will this have impact on my mother's visa as well? Is it better to apply only for my mother's visa in such scenarios? Please suggest
3. I dont have w2 form as i am here from 6 months. My husband has it for last two years. In that case, can I only be the sponsorer or its better if both of us are sponserers for my parent's visitor’s visa?
