Hello
I came to US in April 2007 & sponsored my in-laws visa in Jul 2007. Their visa was approved.
Now, I want to sponsor my parents visa - would there be an issue during their interview? My younger brother is also in the US.
Since my children were born after we moved here - can my parents mention that they are coming to US to see their grand children during interview?
One other thing - my grandmother stays with my parents, my parents have a business (they can provide sales tax, income tax returns, bank statements, notarized property listings, chartered accountant evaluation certificate etc.) - would that be sufficient to show their ties to India?
Thanks.
