Got New Passport -- Will the Fees paid at HDFC still holds good for new passport?

Dear All,
I have applied Tourist visa for my parents. After booking the PA, I have noticed that the parent's passport needs some correction. So, I went and cancelled the PA and asked my parents to correct the passport. But now my parents have received new set of passports. The passport number is changed now. Can anyone tell me whether the visa fees that I have paid at HDFC to get the barcodes holds good still as the Passport number is changed? Should I repay the fees again with reference to the new passport and then rebook the PA? Please advice.

no need tp pay another fees. carry both passports (old and new) and metion the case to the VO
