Urgent Help needed - Reg New passport
I have a serious issue that needs help urgently.
An appointment for visa interview at the Chennai US consulate is taken for my Father-in-law and Mother-in-law.They took this one month back.
Now since the photo in my Father-in-Law's passport is damaged , he took a new passport.
In the new passport , old passport number is mentioned.
The problem is , since the DS-156 was filled one month back and he took new passport recently , the DS-156 has the old passport number,issuance date and expiry date.
Will there be any problem regardng the passport details in the DS-156 and his new passport?Is there a solution for this?
Please respond as soon as possible.Their interview date is on Dec 7th 2007.
