My daughter is a canadian citizen and i am an indian citizen with a Canadian PR, my daughter is travelling with me to india, she has visa for india. we are travelling from NY to Mumbai prior to that we will cross the canada-US border via road.
now my question is that for coming back from india our final destination would be NY. will indian immigration allow her to board?
and i have I-94 valid for 6 months, so should i leave I-94 in my passport or should i get new one when i come back from india??

your input would be really appreciated..

Canadian Citizens do not need a visa to enter the USA.

And yes, you should surrender your I-94 at the airport before you leave the USA.
