Hi,
I am currently deputed in USA (on H1B) staying along with my wife (on H4) through Infosys. I am planning to bring my in-laws along with their younger daughter (studying in college 1st year) to US in the month of April. I have a question before I start the process.
My Visa (and my wife's visa) will be expiring on Mar 25th 2008, so will there be any problems if I start their visa process for my in-laws (including my sister-in-law) right away?
