Dear Sir,

We are seeking your help in a tourist visa matter.

1. My brother visited the united states in 1990 on tourist visa and overstayed in usa till march 1993.
2. Eversince his return to india 1993 he has travelled to europe and uk on tourist visa.
3. He was denied USA tourist visa in 2001 twice.
4. Can you please help him to advise whether or not, he should apply for tourist visa with same details for purely business purpose.
5. The passport on which the us visa in 1990 has been issued is expired and no more with him.

Now he is afraid to apply with same details and is afraid of permanently banned for entering usa but on the other hand he wishes to divulge his overstay in usa to get rid of sick feeling each time comes to him.
