inviting Mom on my expired L2 Visa

Can i invite my Mom(visitor visa) on my expired L2 Visa but a valid I94 based on the L2 visa.
My husband has a valid L1 visa and an I94 till jun 2009.
My L2 visa expired in may 2007,but I94 is valid till jun 2009, since I have not gone out of United States since entering.
Please help me

Yes, you can. Also have your husband sign the affidavit papers.
