Regarding my sisters visitor's VISA

Hi,

I had applied for my mom and Sister' s US Visitor VISA in Chennai. My mom got the VISA but by Sister' s VISA was rejected.

My sister is not working and she is at home. Had produced all the documentations and consulate informaed that she is not eligible and they can grant her VISA is she was working.

Kindly wanted to know if we have any other ways to re-apply for the VISA interview. Any additional documents that I need to submit to prove she is dependent.

Kindly advice ASAP.

The consular officer told you so clearly the reason for not giving visa to your sister. Why do you still think that the rejection was due to incomplete documentation? and are trying to add more documents to the application which will not help her. There are no "other" ways to apply for a US visitors visa, just one way.
And yes, you got it all wrong, you need to prove that she is INDEPENDENT, and not a potential immigrant.
