Hi,
I am from India. I am applying for a B1/B2 visa and has a rejection from UK on my passport. I applied for Student visa 2 years back. Now iam working with an MNC and they are sending me to US. I have my interview coming up next month. I have my friend who was refused for a visa recently because he had UK visa. And the counselor didnt even let him explain. he was interviewed for 3 minutes and he thought that he will get a visa. Then Counselor checked his passport and then said he cannot issue him visa. Please advice as to what I can do or explain if I am questioned about this.
