tourist visa for a student

My brother is doing Engineering final year.He is having vacations in January end for 15 days.I want to invite him to visit me in USA in vacations.
His Engineering will comlete in sep 08.Please advise do he needs any documents form his college.I am sending him a sponsership I am on h1b visa working as a software proffesional in Us for last 15 months..He will be travelling with my sis she is already having 10years US visa working in a Airline in India she will be giving him free ticket also.Do you think I should mention my sis name in DS156 my brother travelling with my sis who working in Airline is it positive to mention.
My father is also applying visa 07 days before my brothers inetrview he is also mentioning my sis name.Can they find out this name is mentioned in one another person's application also.

Please reply to my query.One more suggestion can I apply both the visa's togther my father and brother are applying for tourist visa.Brother status I have already explained my father is a bussinessmen of 59 years.

All you have to do is apply.

It will be a lot harder for your brother though, because he is a higher immigration risk. You MUST mention everyone traveling with him.

Pls advise what documents I need to arrange from his college.Actually I am his sister my mother and I already have 10 years visa.We will be also travelling along them.Now my brother and my father needs to apply Pls suggest I should suggest them to attend the interview toghter or one by one.
Is this a positive point his Engineering will complete in Sep2008 and he is travelling in Feb08 deffinately he will come back.

They will do better on separate interviews if they both speak english.

my father can speak in Hindi in english he is not very much comfertable.Brother can speak in English.What do you suggest in this case.If your suggestion is for separate interview who's interview I should schedule first or can I schedule for same day one in English otherone in Hindi.

1. Take seperate visa interviews for them. Your brother can go for English interview and your father can go for Hindi interview. Let them have atleast few days in between their interview dates.

2. Let your father go first.

And do not mention too many sponsors in the visa application both for your father and your brother.

Pls advise I am very much confused some are saying donot take interview separaetely Embassy will feel why all you are coming turn by turn.But on this site all are saying take separate interview.
Is it possible my sis donot write all sponsers name is it right to hidde this info can they check by all the detail by name.Aug07 my sis invited my mother n me do she need to mention our name also in invitation letter she has supponsered us before.

Hi Mr. Confused,

The idea is you should not let the consulate believe that your entire family is trying to go to US - that is the reason why everyone is saying that you go seperately.

If the people, who are going for the visa interview are like Husband, wife and young children, they need to go together, so that they do not waste any interview slots of the consulate.

Let your sister send you seperate invite letters and I-134 for you and your father.

One more advise as you told us donot mention whole family is travelling but in invitation letter sister has to mention she has invited her mother and sister in aug08.My mother and I did not travelled on that visa so far.Now as she is supponsering brother and father do she need give the cross reference both of them in in their invitation letter.
