Spouse Applying for Visitor Visa

How much chances are there for getting a visit visa for spouse of a green card holder. This is for my friend. She is a green card holder and waiting for her Citizenship interview .Her predicted interview date is june 2008.After her interview it may take another 4 months for his husband to get his K3 Visa.In the meantime he want to come to US for his vacation for a month.Is any possiblity is there to get his visit visa?? Please help.

If he doen't get the visitor visa she is planning to apply for H1.

If his visitor visa gets rejected, will it affect his H1/L1 application?

The chances of a spouse of LPR getting a visitor visa is very less.

No problem for a H1 visa, if the tourist visa is refused, provided he discloses the visa refusals.
