EVAF Questions

1. I re-do my EVAF & its different to my confirmation ID in my appointment.
I wanna re-do again my EVAF. Can I make a new EVAF & schedule anew barcode in the appointment?
2.I cancelled my appointment once because i have different barcode. Do I have to bring my cancellation detail on the day my appointment? or its automatically cancelled as EVAF doesnt store any info once not activate.
3.taking national physical therapy exam is considered what? B1 or B 2? or its up to the consul?

why can't people just say DS-156 or visa application form...?

Actually's it's US Embassys ...

... in some countries like Malaysia, Bahrain etc. who refer this to EVAF as this is an on-line fillable form.

I agree with you, it should be referred to as the form number and not EVAF.
