Unused Visitors Visa

Hi,

I'm on F1 in USA. My wife got 3 months visitors visa with single entry and a month of duration of stay. Now she doesn't have time to visit USA. I know the visa will expire and it is non renewable nor extendable. But what my question is, will it be a reason for refusal of futer visas? or will it void anything that affects future visitor or dependant visas (F2)
