Visitor Visa - Departure Date Question!

Hello,

My parents were visiting me in US. They are leaving in 2 weeks on the last day of their visa. I would like to know if it's of any concern if you depart on the last day stamped on the I-94?

Not a problem at all. I have done it several times myself.
