I have been grateful to this site and this forum. I really need some advice regarding extention of visitor visa to my mom.
My mom's visitor visa is expiring on april 3rd of 2008. I want to extend her visitor visa. Some one suggested me to apply 45 days before visa expiration date so that we might get the decision by then if not she can wait few more days past the expiration date (until we gets approval/denial letter from USCIS)
But my question is if we did not hear any decision from UCSCIS by april 3rd (after the i-94 expiration date) and if she leaves US after I-94 EXPIRATION DATE does it affect her future visits or does it become a problem while she is leaving??
