please help me with this doubt

Hi,
my parents want to visit me .My husband is sponsering their stay here in the US.My mother's brother is living in the US from the past 15 years and he is also a US citizen.Will it be a problem if we mention his name in the DS forms?please let me know.

You must not lie to USCIS. But either way, it shouldn't be a problem.

If you are inviting your parents, there is no need to mention the name of your uncle in US.
Your mother's application should just select brother and his status and his name is not required.
