help with I-134 FORM

Hello,
I had submitted affadivit of support for my parents and my inlaws some years ago. They both visited us and have gone back to india.I need to send another affadivit of support for my parents for an upcoming visit.Do I have to mention the previous affadivit of support on question no 9 on the new affadivit.Please help.
