Hi,
Am now filling the I-134 as the sponsor, for applying for B2 visa for my in-laws in India. I have a query on qn# 9 in the form.
1. Since I got married in US more than a year back, at time I had submitted a I-134 along with the I-539 change of status for my spouse for converting her visa from B1/B2 to H4 that was approved. Should I mention her details in response to qn 9 (details of previously submitted affidavit of support) in the I-134 for my in-laws now?
2. Since am submitting two separate I-134 for both my in-laws and even though they are going to go the consulate at the same time, should i mention FIL's name in MIL's I-134 and vice versa, for qn#9?
