birth certificate compulsory?

my husband will sponser both for my parents n in-laws...they dont have Birth certificate...neither we have
so my qn is are birth certificates for my husband(sponsrer),parents,in-laws r compulsory?

so u mean Birth certificate is mandate for my husband....n not for my in-laws n parents---jus double checking..so that we can move forward for appplying Birth certificate..
