Visitor Visa for Brother

Hi,

I want to apply for visitor visa for my brother.His wife's brother is graduating and he could only get invite for his sister. My brother and his wife want to apply for visitor visa at the same time.

My brother is 25 and is self employed.

1.Is it okay to apply for my brother and his wife together or should they take different appointment dates.
2.What are the chances of getting the visa?
3.What is the minimum bank balance he should show?
4.Does he need to show any properties in his name to increase his chances?

I have sponsored my parents earlier and my inlaws too.They were granted 10yr visa.
