Visitor Visa Awash

My mother-in-laws passport went through the washer. The passport and its vital information survived thanks to lamination, however the date on her I-94 has been effectively removed by Tide. I'm not concerned with the I-94 as she still has the card and will not be overstaying. What concerns me is that her visa has partially washed off. You can still make out 80% of the information but about half her picture has been washed off but you can still tell it is her. You also can still make out her ex[iration of November of 2008. She wants to go back to Russia for February and return in March when I deploy to Iraq. Is there going to be a problem with her visa on return if it does not look perfect. 1LT Koritz

This is funny!!! LOL. But I know this is trouble for you. Why dont you call USCIS and tell them your story and see what do they have to say. I dont think anyone can have a definitive answer for this except the issuing/controlling body itself ie. USCIS.
