Tourist Visa needed for parents + sister [Hindi Interview]

Hi Friends,

I am on H1-B past 1 year and now as any other middle-class fellow want to call my parents to the united states on Tourist Visa in the month of June-08. I am consulting for a top investment bank in New York City and wanted to start my VISA docuement work for my mother (housewife), father (cloth merchant) and sister (Computer Engineering 1st year Engg). I would like them to take the interview at the Mumbai consulate in Mumbai in HINDI language. Please let me know the documents that I need to send them and the procedure to take an Hindi appointment?

I have a big account to cover their expenses and I have 12 paystubs for the year of 2007, I'll also be receiving the W2 by Feb-08. Please guide me with the docuemnts and the visa appointment.

Also one other question I had regarding the process.

My Parents cannot speak English but My Sister could rip them apart in English. What do you suggest picking from the following 2 possibilities

1. 3 VISA appliactions in HINDI
OR
2. 2 VISA application for parents in HINDI and 1 VISA applcaition for sister in ENGLISH. If this is the one to be picked, then how do I make sure I have the interview times synced-up?

Error Message for Hindi Interview!!

I selected the following entries at https://www.vfs-usa.co.in

State of Residence: Maharashtra
Select Language for Interview: Hindi
Purpose of Travel: "Spouse/ Child of person working in the USA"
Have you been refused a visa twice within the last 12 months?: No
Are you applying for same visa class that expired in the last 12 months?: No

and I keep getting the following error message since the last 10 days. Please let me know how should I proceed?

"Interview Appointments not currently available, please check back in 24 hours. If you have an urgent need to travel, please consult Emergency Appointment on this site"

If you try to take an appointment in regional language, you will get this message. you keep trying everyday multiple times. if somebody cancels or INS opens up new dates.

Try on monday mornings EST time. probably u will get the date.
