Parents Visitor Visa - H1B due for renewal in May'08

Hello,
I am sponsoring my parents visa and they are expected to come to US by Feb/March 08 for 4 to 6 months period. However my H1B visa is due to renewal in May. My employer will be filing a renewal petition in few days. Kindly suggest if it is wise to sponsor? Thanks.

You can, but you will need to give them a certified copy of the extension filing receipt.
