Birth certificate

My sister is sponsering my father and brother I have read Birth Certificate is required if children sponsering parents.We donot have any birth cerficate of her.Pls advise can my sister write on a paper saying that she does not have any birthcertifate and write my parents and and her date of birth and attest from noatary in Us and send to us the same.can be present in Consulate if asked.

Pls reply to my one more question.I am applying my father's and brother 'sb2 visa they are appreaning on different dates father is appearing in Hindi interview and brother appearing in English interview.
Pls advide I have given them one letter from my office saying that my office is giving them free tickets I am working in International Airline and family gets free tickets every year.
My director has mentioned that I am travelling with my brother and father in letter my father and brother names are mention when both will go for interview they will carry same letter does Vo can ask why you have come alone where is your father why you taken different dates.
Actually some body on this site only suggested me to take different dates please advise what would my father and brother should reply.
Brother is a student of Engineering last year
Father is a businessmen.
