Hi all the Gurus,
I have a question regarding I-94. My brother and his wife came here in the USA on 10 year visitor visa, They stayed here for 3.5 months, while going back, at the airport, airlines took there I-94 and told them that they going to submit I-94 for USCIS, Is that normal? I thought they have to scan their passport and I-94 when they are going to gate to board on plane.Can somebody please answer my question.
